Out of Network

For patients who have insurance plans that we are not in-network with, private rates are:

$500 for a one-hour intake
$250 for a 20-30 minute follow-up.

We understand the importance of insurance coverage for our patients. We’re here to assist you in the reimbursement process for your health insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits. Upon request, we will provide you with a superbill, which contains all the necessary details for you to submit to your insurance provider. This can help you potentially receive reimbursement for our services. Please let us know if you require a superbill, and we’ll be happy to provide one to you.
